From the moment Josh came out to talk to me about my dying unit, I knew Rainwater was my company. Josh was honest and professional, explaining everything and not at all pushy. Even though I got more estimates, I knew Rainwater was my choice - because of Josh. Then when Phillip showed up to do the install, it just confirmed my choice. I highly recommend Rainwater and have no doubt I will use them again, if needed.

Only needed a couple minor items taken care of that came up when my house was inspected (selling house). The switch on furnace that is supposed to shut the furnace off when the cover is removed, and a sensor that is in the water pan was disconnected. He fixed both items with only 1/2 hour of labor + trip charge. No parts were needed.

After attempting to repair my old furnace, Rainwater quoted the estimated repair cost and recommended a new unit as an option.

considering the repair estimate, the new unit was a no briner.

They were excellent all around. The service was very reasonbably priced, and during the process of installation came back several times to make sure everything was working properly.

They have always showed up as soon as they can. Overall, they were very good. They were very close by to our house. They were around three or four miles away from our house. They were the one that installed everything initially when we bought the house and they background people in the sub-division. They were excellent.

For one house, they were hired through my general contractor to install a system in a fire-damaged house. I would never, ever hire that general contractor again. But, the work Rainwater did was impeccable. A month or two later when I needed to install a system in another rental property, I called Rainwater directly off the permit from the first house. They met with me the same day, installed the unit within a couple of days, worked hard to put it in just the right place, did it as a turn-key operation so I didn't have to be there, and, so far, I am extremely happy with their work. I would highly recommend their services.

I called Rainwater and left a message at 8:15am describing the problem. By 8:30 I received a callback, and by 9:15 a technician was at my house. I was very impressed with the timely response, and the technician was very professional and thorough.

He let me know that I had enough freon to last me through the season, and I would need fixed later. New compressor is $800, and $3600 for new unit. Gave me these options for the future.

They showed up late. They didn t get here until the day after I called them. He did a little more than he was supposed to. The price was high but they work quickly. I would use them again because they know my system and my community. My grades aren t very good because I too have a middle of the road opinion.

Craig Rainwater came out and gave me an estimate that was less than the others I had received. However, the main reason I decided to go with Rainwater is because I felt that I could trust Craig. He did not try to sell me things I didn't need. For instance, I asked about a 5-ton unit, but he said I only needed a 4-ton unit. I also asked about including the first-year maintenance plan for free as other companies had included in their proposals; he said that I was buying a very good system and would not need to be on a maintenance plan for five years or so. His honesty was refreshing! My only complaint is that the Lennox rebate was not as much as I had expected.

I have had a good experience with this company and that is why I continue to use them for service. I have never had any mechanical problems with the system at any time. It is a new home so I am not expecting there to be any in the near future. The builder paid for the initial installation of the furnace.

This system was installed in the home when it was built. We paid one full price to the main builder. The system itself is very good. We had some problems with the thermostat upstairs. We contacted this company and they wasted no time in getting someone out to address our problem. The man we dealt with was very clean cut and he represented his company very well. He called ahead of time to let us know he was coming. We felt that this is a very professional company.

Rainwater did a great job on our heat pump. It is now working perfectly again. They were here quickly after I called and he figured out the problem right away. The service was under warranty. This was the company that our contractor used to install the heat pump when the house was built. I would recommend them to others.

Our service call to Rainwater Hand A was in the peak season. We received professional care from the initial call to schedule appointment through the service call. Very prompt and communication was excellent.
