Our technician, Grant Swingle, arrived on time. He quickly identified the problem and applied the fix. He checked the whole system and ensured that it was running optimally. He was plesant, thorough, and worked quickly, but carefully. Needless to say, he is a great representative of Precision Heating and Air!

Every individual that we worked with - on the phone or in person - was very friendly, punctual and professional. We just had them replace both of our A/C and Furnace units and they made sure that we got the best product for our home, at the best value. To top it off, the installation technicians - JP and Jeff were informative, friendly, worked clean, quietly and respectfully - they were the best! We Highly recommend them!

I interviewed 4 vendors, 3 of which are often heard on Atlanta media, along with Precision, who was recommended by my homeowner’s site. I chose Precision based on price and the thorough and honest assessment performed by Gary. No sales pitch for leases, financing, or other things I had no interest in, just an honest review of my current system along with a detailed inspection and bid. Bravo Gary! For the install, Ray and Joe showed up as scheduled, they reviewed all of the work that would be completed, they performed an absolute professional installation, and they left my basement area cleaner than I left it for them. These two gents really worked hard the entire day and could not have been more professional and courteous. Bravo Ray and Joe! I waited a couple weeks to write this review, just to evaluate how things were going, but to date no complaints at all. My window unit that once serviced my basement is now long gone, the new HVAC unit is performing extremely well, and quite frankly, the install looks great! I also forgot what hot water was really like, after struggling with a very old water heater. Bravo Precision! One of the things I found interesting about Precision’s bid, beyond the fact that it was considerably less than all others, was that their quote included new supply and exhaust plenums. To me, this was huge for the others wanted extra to replace what I felt were old, moldy, and genuinely “yucky” plenums. Again, bravo Precision for doing it right! For all those evaluating contractors to replace your HVAC and/or Water Heater, my advice is this. If the contractor even mentions a lease, avoid them. If they mention financing when you clearly state you don’t want financing, avoid them. If you have to walk them through what needs to be done and remind them about things they should know, avoid them. Precision does none of these things, rather, they simply “listen” to their valued customers, provide a complete and honest assessment, and perform a superb installation. So simple it’s scary. In conclusion, if you are considering a new HVAC unit or Water Heater, please give Precision a call and take a moment to meet with them. You won’t be disappointed.

Very good customer service. They found the problem that other companies weren't able to find. They explained what they found and were just very thorough.

Everything's good. Give them all A's. They come twice a year; January and July. I continue to use this company because they do good work and they are professional and dependable.

The annual contract is like $350 for the year, for three units. Their quality of work stands out the most to me about this provider. I give them all A's.

I changed vendors because I had to get new air conditioners and the company I used to use was higher priced, so I called the competitor and switched to Precision Heating & Air. I would give them an A for everything.

My ac broke on a Sunday towards the end of June with temps being at 98 degrees everyday and it was HOT. I called PHA first thing Monday morning on a recommendation, they were very friendly and very understanding. A tech was sent out right away from Dallas, Georgia to Adairsville, Georgia within the hour. The tech came in and evaluated my 12 year old unit, I had a no gas and a hole in the line and the panel was burnt up and a condenser thing wasn't pumping. Parts were ordered and I was told it might be 2 days before they could get them but they would do the best they could. Later that afternoon I received a call that they were able to go get the parts needed and would come and fix me up and they did, that evening. Great service and a life saver! If needed I will be calling them first.

This company knows I am disabled and cannot get out often. If I need a filter for my a.c. they never hesitate to bring me one or two whether home or not. Then I mail them a check. Always there regardless of my needs.

The service was good. Overall they did what they were suppose to do it was fine.

There is nothing in particular that stands out about them. I would use their services in the future too.

Excellent customer service, very prompt and courteous, knowledgable technicians. Diagnosed problem within 10 minutes, had to wait overnight to get motor but had new motor installed the following day within an hour of arrival. Did some routine maintenance on the unit as well. Excellent overall experience.

They are putting in a new heating and air conditioning system. They tend to run a little bit late for appointments, but they do show up and I don't have to call and chase them down. Price is high efficiency system, 16 SEER.

They have been doing all the work with servicing our heat pump for the past two years. They have done a great job for us since installing the pump. I like the guys who come out, they are all very friendly and helpful.

They're very professional and they always come out to check on my a/c unit whenever they're supposed to. I've never had any kind of problems with them. I like they way they go about things and I would recommend them to others.
