 + -1 moreI called and described what was needed. Mr. Ownes said, ''No problem, we can come and measure tomorrow.'' He also said that they could deliver and install the poles. The price quoted to us was about one third less than other quotes. From start to finish our job took about seven days. They even installed when we were not home and we just took a check over to them (they are only a few miles away). Owen's did a great job, at a great price, were pleasant, and very fast...considering they custom made each pole. We had four new poles and you would never have known any work took place. No tire tracks, no junk, it was if the poles appeared magically. This was not easy, our house sits on a steep downward slope with the deck on the back. They must have hand carried the poles around our home, down the slope, to the back of our house.
Description of Work: Four custom metal poles were replaced for our deck support. Owens came and measured, made the poles to exact specifications, and installed them. Our deck is quite high (each pole was about ft), and it was important that the poles be perfect to fit the existing structure.
