About us
One Man Lawn Care + more We are a single family business, this is a part time job. We do a number of different things including gutter cleaning, lawn and yard work, leaf removal, mulch and topsoil, and pressure washing. We strive in being friendly, fair priced, and punctual. A quote will be sent with what you would like us to do for you, if you accept we will set up a time and day that works best for you. We offer our services anytime after 5 on week days or anytime on weekends. We run by appointment only. We will send out a reminder of when the appointment time, date, and services being rendered. A quote will be sent within 24 hours. We accept venmo or cash. Gutter Cleaning up to 32 feet - $200.00 (manual labor, time, and removal or debris) - a person will set up a time and day we can come to your home to give you a quote to ensure the job is not above 32 feet - once job is confirmed we can set up a time and day to complete the job Lawn and Yard Work Cutting Grass, Edging, Weed wacking, and Blowing - $50.00 per hour (manual labor, gas for equipment, time, and removal of debris) Hedge Trimming - $10.00 per hour (manual labor, gas for equipment, time, and removal of debris) Tree Trimming - $20.00 per hour (manual labor, gas for equipment, time, and removal of debris) - once job is confirmed we can set up a time and day to complete the job Leaf Removal - $25.00 per hour (manual labor, removal of debris, and time) - once job is confirmed we can set up a time and day to complete the job Mulch and Topsoil Deliver- Price of mulch or topsoil paid in advanced per square feet and a additional $20.00 delivery charge Spread- $25.00 per hour (manual labor and time) - once job is confirmed we can set up a time and day to complete the job Pressure Washing - we will need access to a water hose - $25.00 per hour (manual labor, gas for equipment, time, and removal of debris) - once job is confirmed we can set up a time and day to complete the job
