Northwest Exterminating - Dallas

They broke out countertop, which was fine, they said they would fix it, it took 2 months to get it fixed and then they didn't put our sink together correctly and water was leaking underneath the sink into the cabinet. We decided we didn't want to continue services with them for a number of reasons, but apparently you have to continue with them for a year (which they never said, but it is in the contract we signed) they were unwilling to work with us on that, and therefore we paid off the rest of the year of service and asked them to not come back again. They only care about making money they don't' much care for the actual costumers. We have found a locally and family owned company to go with instead.

I reached out to them on Tuesday and spoke with their office staff to see what they offered. The office staff walked me through all of the choices and was so helpful in picking out a service. We have several pets so their green option was exactly what we needed. They were able to have someone to our home on Friday and they were exactly on time. They took their time examining our property and explained their findings and how they were going to treat it. After completing their work they circled back with us and explained what we could expect over the next two weeks. they also answered all of our questions and went over the treatment plan for the next few months. 
I have used many exterminators over the years but Northwest Exterminating is by far the most customer friendly company we have seen. We can definitely say they have us as a customer for life!

When we kept seeing dozens and dozens of millepedes in our house we called Northwest Exterminating to let them know.  They sent the tech out to retreat the outside perimeter of the house.  It killed many many of them outside, but still nearly 100 a day would get into the house.  NW came out again and treated my lawn areas and flower beds...basically all of my property.  Within two days the problem was almost completely gone.  Only a few get into the house per week now.  We are grateful for Ryan and Brian's friendly and professional services.  Not only do they treat the problem they also educate you on why the bugs come in and why there are such great numbers of millipedes this year.  Thanks!

I have been using their services since 1999.  They service technician is very knowledgeable and always lets me know when he arrives.  Usually, he doesn't come inside, but he sprays around the the outside of the house and dusts off the spider webs that are around the windows.  We had an ant problem a few years ago and they brought an etymologist (bug specialist) to our house to figure out why we couldn't get rid of them.  They put bait outside to kill the colonies.  It took some time and lots of dead ants inside our house, but they are not a problem any more. 
I would not recommend Northwest for termite control as I had a bad experience when we brought them out to do an estimate for that.  They did not see the termite tunnels on our garage walls that another company spotted, and they were charging more money even though I have been a long time customer.

I have been using them for three years. They come out every three months. They have done nothing to make my unhappy. I am satisfied with their services. I haven't seen any active termites since their treatment.

The service was good.  The value of what they are doing is good.

If we see any extra bugs, we call them and they come within 2-3 days and they come to spray without any charge. We are very happy with their services.

The same technician, who is very good, visits our home for each pest control treatment. We have used Northwest for five years plus and will continue to do so. Northwest is paid quarterly for their services.

We are real happy with our pest control company. I have no complaints at all. They take good care of us and do their job real well .They are nice and respectful and very professional when you talk to them.

I think that they work out really well. They are very professional and they did a great job for me. Again, the charge depends on the size of your house and it is not a simple charge. I feel they are reasonable and I feel they take care of the problem. I have no complaints.

I have been very pleased with my pest control company. They are punctual and they hire nice guys. They are always doing the job they are supposed to. We have seen no evidence of any bugs or termites or anything like that so we are really quite happy with them to date.

Northwest has very nice employees who are considerate enough to ring the bell to let us know they are there and working. The company is a very professional, responsible establishment that have always proven we can trust them to come back out promptly if we need them.

I have been with them for 5 or 6 years now and they have always been reliable and dependable. I have not had a problem with termites around my home. I will continue to use their service. I would also recommend them to others.

I am not in the market for switching pest control companies because Northwest meets my needs. I even recently bought a centricon system from them for a low additional cost. I am completely satisfied with this company. They know their stuff and treat their customers well.

The service was excellent and we definitely saw the results of the exterminating. They treated the attic and basement along with the household for the same fee.
