We called around 9-10am and they came out around 3:15pm the same day and got rid of 12 stumps for us for a very fair price! We would definitely recommend them! The young men were fast and very polite! We would not hesitate to use them again! Great job guys!

These gentleman were great! Response time was quick and they efficiently removed and cleaned up in less than an hour. Four of the stumps were located in an area difficult to reach but all were removed completely. Felt that thieir pricing was fair and reasonable. Would definitely recommend. A+.

Estimate by Lieghton last week and work completed on Monday of this week. The work was fast and the guys were professional and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased.

This company was outstanding. Easy to work with, 100% reliable and did a great job! I asked for an estimate and had a few items in the way of the machinery. I removed the fence and shed, which were blocking the path, and they returned promptly and took out the stump. They did great work and the process was easy...payment was easy...and did I mention they were reliable. I don't know why all companies can't be more like Ness. Great work guys!

AMAZING work! The man came out the same day we called (wow)! Our back yard is on an incline and it was awe inspiring to watch him jockey his machine between rocks and other trees/plants to get the job done. Price was very good for all that he did. HIRE THIS COMPANY if you need this kind of work--you won't regret it!

I called the company and requested an estimate, the lady at the phone was very kind, but stated that they were very far away from my location, however, she checked with her boss and they agree to provide me with the services, I had informed them that I only had about 9 stumps, later on after checking the yard, we found 50, the service man, removed all of the stumps and the price did not change.
 The service was excellent, I will them again and again and highly recommend them to all my friends and family, today 7-20-2015 I called them again to remove 2 more stumps and they will come tomorrow morning.
All I can say about this company, is that is worth of given the opportunity to do your project.

I left a message on Angie's list on Wednesday night, 6/24/2015, indicating the work that was needed and my availability.  The following morning I was contacted by Ness Stumpgrinding and they confirmed  that someone would meet with me at 1 p.m. that day.
At 12:45 p.m. , I received a call from Tim Hatfield, the Ness employee, that he was on the way and would be there at 1 p.m.   After a visual inspection of the stumps to be ground, we quickly agreed on a very fair price for the work.  Tim began work immediately in 95 degree heat and continued until the job was complete.  I was very satisfied with his work, thoroughness, and professionalism.  It was a a very pleasant experience for me to get the work done at a very fair price and with no hassle.  By the way, I had planned on calling several other competitors for quotes, but after my initial meeting with Tim, I dropped that idea and knew it would be unnecessary.  
Thank you Tim and Ness Stump Grinding for a providing a superb service.  I not only would use their service again, but I also plan to recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I was extremely happy with their professionalism, pricing, responsiveness and willingness to do what I needed.  There were a couple of stumps in the back yard, but we had a fence and it was very difficult to get the machine back there.  He pulled off a section of the fence and found a way to get the machine into the backyard and grind the stumps.  This was impressive, but this is were most companies I have worked with would have just walked away.  No, he put the fence section back up and made sure everything was cleaned up.  That is customer service.  I would highly recommend them.

Tim performed the work for me.  He was very courteous about calling to let me know when to expect him to arrive at my house.  Once he arrived he explained what would be done and the cost of the service.  He was very professional and polite.  I got the impression that he knew exactly what he was doing and has probably been doing this for a long time.  He did a great job grinding up the stump and the visible roots.  He even cleaned up a lot of the root debris that was left.  He did a great job cleaning up the site and used a blower to clean up dirt and debris around the site.  I couldn't be any happier with the results.  I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent work! Do not hire from Angie's List, bu found out after work was performed that they are on Angie's List.  We had cut down many large trees. Trying to grow lawn, not moss. They had the correct machine and did a fine job. There was so much debris in the yard that we missed a couple of stumps. They were gracious enough to come back the next day and ground the stumps we had neglected to point out. No extra charge. Their office found that I had not signed the check. They came back to our site a 3rd time and even ground a few roots that were near the surface. That saved us a ton of manual labor!

I called the company and Mike was here the very same day.  He was so nice and did an outstanding job.   We will have no problem planting a new tree in the spot he prepared.   Ness is courteous, punctual, they do fantastic work and their prices are amazing.  I won't think of using anyone else in the future.

I called yesterday and left a voice mail at about 5 in the evening.
Beverly from Ness called me back this morning. She indicated that she could have a technician by once they were done at a big job they were on yes today. That was at 10:45 in the morning. The technician called me at 1:21 and said he would be there in 10 - 15 minutes which he was.
The whole process from start to finish was seamless.  Who comes out to do work on your house the same day when they have never come before?
They did and I would highly recommend.
