Excellent service as usual! John Kirkland is one of the finest people you will ever meet. I have used his company for almost 30 years with everything from new installations including duct-work to repairs. He has never failed to provide excellent service at a reasonable price. Great Company! I am very pleased with Kirkland Heating and Air Conditioning in Dallas, Ga. They were extremely professional and very pleasant. Kirkland didn't try to oversell me and they even offered to installed temporary window AC units at NC while I waited for the installation. They were very punctual and left the areas they worked in spic and span. When they were finished, we did a complete walkthrough of the attic furnace and outside AC unit. Chris explained everything about the new units and answered all of my questions. I am thrilled with the work they did and the also with the new Rheem Unit they installed.

I religiously use Kirkland Heating and Air, and would not change for anything in the world. They are just the nicest, most honest people I have ever dealt with. I use them at my mother's house also. I have used them for over fifteen years. Without a doubt, no questions. One man named Chris, does the best. They put in a new system for me. They do top notch work for me. There is nothing to it. Just top notch.

They  were on time and professional.  The price quoted was exactly as stated.  They stayed until the new hvac unit was working perfectly.  They explained how the unit worked and showed us how to change the filter.  They also showed us all the safety features.
They called back in a few days to follow up.  They were top rate and the price was right.  They did explain the different size units and
tjheuegave us a choice.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.

After submitting a report last month about the poor quality of workmanship. John Kirkland has now resorted to harassing me. Calling me, sending mail. Threatening me because I posted comments on this website. This man obviously has some serious mental issues. I highly recommend avoiding this company like the plague.
