They schedule pretty promptly and their front desk is phenomenal. They really worked around my schedule. They do good work on my yard.

I am very pleased with the work done by Kelly Landscaping.  They were very prompt in responding to my request to come scope out the work and provide an estimate.  About a week prior to the work day they came out again to review the work and ensure I liked the type flagstones to be used.  On the day of the work Lee Paris, the Operations Manager and the work crew arrived on-time with all materials and equipment. Later James Kelly, the President of Kelly Landscaping also stopped by to meet us and make sure all was going OK.  This involvement by the company's senior management impressed me.  I also want to comment that, before I contract with a company for a costly project, I make it a habit to go visit their home office.  I want to make sure they have a professional establishment with the infrastructure/personnel/equipment to do the work ? and not someone with a telephone, website, and working out of a pick-up truck or garage.  Kelly Landscaping's office and facilities in Dallas are impressive as are the service personnel working there.  This is a solid company that I would use again.

They're very responsive and the price is fantastic. It's one of the best. The prices are reasonable and they are very quick to respond when we have an issue. We had an issue like we decided something and we had contacted them on Thursday right before the fourth and they said they'd had somebody out this week and he showed up today. They're pretty good.

I got them off Angie’s List. I have a big lawn. They were prompt. They were courteous and professional. They were competitive. They were very friendly. They were great. I have got a contract with them right now.

Weeds were taking over our yard. We spoke to our neighbor with the greenest, weed free yard in the neighborhood, asking how she kept her yard so green. She immediately said "I use Kelly Landscaping to fertilize our yard." We decided to give them a call to see how much they charged. When we called, they said they would have to come by to measure our yard and review our problems before they could give us an estimate. They did NOT require us to be home for the estimate! They came by when promised and left the estimate in our mailbox - and the overall cost was LESS than what it was costing us to buy fertilzier and apply it ourselves. They also quoted us on our shrubs because they noticed our shrubs had some fungus on them (which I also tried several times to treat myself). So far, they have treated our yard three times, and I must say that our lawn is a lawn now, not a field of weeds, as it was when summer started. Our shrubs are now fungus free. I am very pleased with the service, as once we set it up, all I have to do is pay the bill and our yard is the 2nd best yard in the neighborhood now!

The company sends two or three people on a regular schedule. They are always on time, professional and courteous. They are agreeable to special requests like planting. They take care of the lawn and it looks great. You have the option of paying weekly or monthly. I pay $40 per week for the service.
