+ 1 moreWe hired K&L on the recommendations of our real estate agents, both of whom use K&L to do their personal painting jobs. K&L gave us one of the lowest bids, but more importantly they could do the work right away while we were able to be on site. They brought in a large crew and worked diligently to finish on time, even though the job turned out to take longer than estimated. They did excellent work, made adjustments without complaint. We were pleased.
Description of Work: K&L painted the entire interior of our new home and some exterior work, which included the repair of a few boards of rotted siding. They were responsible for all prep work, including the removal of fixtures, window coverings, etc., and all clean-up and replacement of removed fixtures, etc.
