John was an absolute professional! He spoke to us in the beginning to explain what he was going to do. He thoroughly inspected the house and had us walk with him to look at everything he discovered. He gave recommendations per our needs. The post report he provided was beyond professional with pictures and explanations. I also liked the fact that he used his FAA licensed drone to inspect our roof. I am so grateful he found an issue that we need to have addressed immediately. We will ask for John's assistance again in the very near future!

He did a very thorough inspection of the property with state of the art technology. The report was very detailed and easy to read.
