JDR CONSTRUCTION

While his hardwood flooring work was not that bad, he built our deck incorrectly and completely painted our home so poorly I had to hire not one but two more people to come fix the job completely. I essentially lost thousands of dollars because I had to rehire other people to do what he was supposed to do correctly the first time. He requires that you pay upfront, which I have since learned is not good. He had to fire a bunch of his workers during the time he worked for us. The projects dragged on and on all summer long. We are now having to go to court because he owes us so much money. We would prefer not to but we're stuck and at his mercy because he has our money. I was so disappointed and upset over this. I would highly recommend that people never use him for any reason because you will just loose money like us and it will be a nightmare. I generally hate to say bad stuff about businesses, but in this case, it was such a disturbing disaster I feel compelled to.
