.Mark and Merrill came out to our home in Kennesaw, Ga. to give my sister and myself quotes on all that she needed to have done to her kitchen counter tops, entire house flooring installed, bathroom counters, fixtures, replacement of windows, outdoor painting, etc. I was told that they would be back to me in a few days with quotes with what tTHEY CHOSE TO DO, because on some of the jobs they chose to pass me over to other businesses. I finally heard from Mark almost a week later with a $45 quote for repairing a place in the sheetrock in the garage. I mean after all the time we spent and that was the only quote I received??? Then a few days later I received another email starting his business partner took a leave of absence for 9 mos. and that he would be back to me in the early summer to do the work. Never heard from him again. It was just weird. After all the time we spent going over the house that day and hardly any communication afterwards, just basically fluffed off, I cannot imagine how they made it on Angie's lists. Please beware. These guys are big time- time wasters. I guess my home was either not fancy enough or large enough for their prospects, however; out of simple coutesy they could have said so in order for me to move on. Because in the meantime my HOA was on my case for outdoor painting and I was stalling for Homeworks to come and take care of the job. They knew full well that the HOA issue was imperative and showed no concern for my predicament whatsoever. I finally had to have another company come and do the work. And am so happy with the jobs they did.

They gave us an estimate on the work and stuck to their estimate. The work that they did was good and done in a timely manner. They cleaned up after each day's work. We were very pleased with all of the work that they did.
