Don't use this company. My wood floor looks terrible. They did a bad job lacing in new wood, it is uneven, there are saw cuts into adjoining slats, and they tried to cover their mistakes with wood glue that is now failing. On top of that, they had a disagreement around payment and scope with our genral contractor and they put a lien on our house. They refuse to talk to me and their attorney has also not engaged us. Find a company that actually knows how to do the work they advertize and actually operates with some ethical principle.

"A dispute arose between Mr. [Member Name Removed] and his contractor which resulted in our company not being paid in full for the work performed. Mr. [Member Name Removed] refused to try to find a resolution for the payment in question. We were left with no choice but file a lien on the property. Upon notification of said lien, Mr. [Member Name Removed] was threatening and disrespectful toward our staff. As a result, we were forced to ensure their safety by ceasing communication and directing him to our attorney. We have not been notified prior to this "review" that any issue existed, but warranty work will not be performed when an open balance exists."

The two workmen who were here were very nice, polite and efficient. They did a quick and remarkable job with perfect clean up. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs flooring.

Carpet was not bad but do not let these people touch your bathroom if it involves tile. The floor was uneven and the tile was cracked. They redid the floor 3 times because it was so uneven. Now, not even 2 years later our shower pan is leaking into the garage.

Floor works was prompt and efficient for the install. We were never inconvienced with the floors being installed in each room. After the job was finished we did have some difficulty in getting them back out for touch ups but they finally showed up.
