I was very surprised and pleased that Maurice responded so quickly to our requests, in the emergency and doing the scheduled work. Maurice arrived about 7pm in the evening for the emergency work, left at 8:30pm and returned the next morning at 9am to take up the carpet and dry the concrete floors. When he came for the scheduled visit, he explained that the work would take about 2 days, and what he would be doing each day. He mounted the TV and installed the blinds on the first day taking time out to repair a loose board on the deck. He finished about 3pm. Maurice arrived at 10:00am the next day to clean the carpet completing that about 1:30pm. He then gave us instructions on the aftercare, and had us check the work to make sure we were satisfied before we paid him.
