Woke up Super Bowl Sunday morning with no hot water. Not a huge crisis, I live alone and can get a shower at the gym so waiting until Monday or Tuesday was not an issue. Derek said he had free time and could do it TODAY, and be gone before the game started. They came and replaced the water heater, and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional, very courteous, very good.
