VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I have a deck with different size balusters. Steps that rest on the ground not concrete. He pured concrete around the steps to make it look like the steps rest on concrete. He should have stopped when he saw the steps would not reached the already poured concrete, pour more concrete and then finish the steps. To do this he could call ahead in stead he jumps my privacy fence to perform sub-par work. It looks like he used the cheapest wood possible for the whole deck.
