D&M Tree Service & Landscaping

I met Shane Fields, who at the time gave me a business card and was the owner of Shane Fields Construction and Tree Service - he told me he changed his business name to "D & M Tree Services". When he showed up to remove all 3 trees, he brought a man who began removing the 3 stumps. He was inferior to previous stump grinders I have used. I called Shane the next week and told him they all needed to be redone. For the next 2 1/2 months he avoided my calls and would not finish that remaining jobs we said we wanted done. The unprofessionalism of this company is evident when you have to borrow other phones to call him, once he recognizes your phone number he will not return your call. I immediatley got him on the phone when I used another phone. He has made no attempt to work out a resolution. I regret recommending him to my neighbors. I regret that he wasted so much of my time waiting for him to show up and do the right thing. At the end of the tree removal and stump grinding - I asked for a receipt, he said he couldn't write up because he was waiting on new business cards??? What does a business card have to do with a receipt? He said his wife would email me the receipt. I should have told him I would email them the money....
