Asphalt Roof repair

Roofing looks good and was done as scheduled. The only issue was they dropped a satellite dish and it cost me a $100 out of pocket to replace. Said I was getting reimbursed in mail but three weeks later still nothing.

Very smoothly. There was an issue due to crew availability and COVID but they quickly rescheduled for a few days later and completed the job very quickly. The price was competitive and their representative was very responsive to inquiries.

Friendly and professional. Very punctual with phone calls and start time. Crew was very organized and hard working. It was overall a good experience. Highly recommend! Our roof looks great!

It was great they did an amazing job and it only took about 6 hours and they cleaned everything up and left no nails in my yard...very pleased

Excellent Professional

Duan Gribnitz @CT Bates Inc. did an outstanding job. He performed a thorough examination of our roof and inside our home for any possible leaks. He took the time to explain what to expect and was there every step of the way. He got the claims process going and was there before the adjuster arrived. We had excellent communication through the entire process, he even assisted in the selection of the perfect color for our roof.His crew was fast, efficient and did high-quality work. They arrived early, protected our belongings outside and surpassed my expectations in the final cleanup. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

They came when they said they were going to come and finished the job when they said they were going to finish. They were very respectful of the property and the people that live there and I have zero complaints. The finished product from what I can see is absolutely beautiful.
