Very smoothly. There was an issue due to crew availability and COVID but they quickly rescheduled for a few days later and completed the job very quickly. The price was competitive and their representative was very responsive to inquiries.

Roofing looks good and was done as scheduled. The only issue was they dropped a satellite dish and it cost me a $100 out of pocket to replace. Said I was getting reimbursed in mail but three weeks later still nothing.

Friendly and professional. Very punctual with phone calls and start time. Crew was very organized and hard working. It was overall a good experience. Highly recommend! Our roof looks great!

Duan Gribnitz @CT Bates Inc. did an outstanding job. He performed a thorough examination of our roof and inside our home for any possible leaks. He took the time to explain what to expect and was there every step of the way. He got the claims process going and was there before the adjuster arrived. We had excellent communication through the entire process, he even assisted in the selection of the perfect color for our roof.His crew was fast, efficient and did high-quality work. They arrived early, protected our belongings outside and surpassed my expectations in the final cleanup. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

It was one of the best experiences I've had with a service company. I would give them 10 STARS. The clean up was absolutely excellent. They came when they said they were going to come and finished the job when they said they were going to finish. They were very respectful of the property and the people that live there and I have zero complaints. The finished product from what I can see is absolutely beautiful.

It was really good. It was an easy process. He worked with the insurance company for so that I didn't have to deal with them. He did what he promised, as far as time frame, and cleaned up well afterwards. I have no complaints.
