The agent was responsive and friendly. The only complaint I have is that I was not told up front that in addition to the monthly maintenance fee of 10%, the agent also gets a procurement fee, which is the first months rent, and a yearly renewal fee. These addition fees seem too high. I also have a rental home in Texas and do not pay such high fees. I am going to be searching to find a company with lower fees and will not renew with this company, even if it means I have to manage the property myself.
