Citi Carpet Cleaning, best cleaning I have had thus far. Amazing, Professional, Timely, Great Cleaning, Competitive Pricing! I will most definitely be using them again! FYI - they may need to utilize your outside spicket, but the results are well worth it. My home has dogs and even though I get my carpets cleaned regularly, the steps and platform at the top was stained horribly. Carpets look and smell new. Thank you Citi Carpet Cleaning!

The cleaners dragged the furniture over my hardwood floors and scratched them in the process of cleaning.

I was extremely happy with the job that was done on the main floor carpets. However, once I went upstairs and checked the bedrooms, closets and corners, I was disappointed. some of the corners were not even wet. I explained that my daughter was allergic to cats and I didn't belief the previous owner ever cleaned or vacuumed the corners, Joe said he would pretreat them. After he left, I found he only seemed to pretreat the areas while in my sight. I ended up spending the entire next day scrubbing the corners and where carpets met baseboards to get them clean.

Joe responded quickly to my request. He called to let me know he was on his way the day of our appointment. He called again to tell me he would be late due to traffic. He cleaned my oriental rugs with steam only per my request and even cautioned us (my husband is handicapped) about falls due to dampness. I will use his service again. His price was less than I paid in Arizona and very reasonable..
