Worst contractor experience of my life. The crew did extensive damage to our home - holes in walls, damaged furniture, damaged sub floor. The installation was horrible. Lumpy, uneven carpets, carpet never affixed properly, staples protruding from carpet on stairs. Took months to correct and finally had to file a claim with their insurance for extraneous damage. The owner was impossible to deal with. He outright lied, denied, and tried to blame us for everything. Later, when all carpet had to be removed and reinstalled by another company, we found that the padding was different everywhere and completely missing in some areas. We paid for highest grade and apartment grade was installed in most areas. It was like a patchwork quilt of padding grades and height.
