Unprofessionalism at its finest. Greg Smith is very greedy and if you're elderly, prepare to be ripped off. Very improper treatment of raccoons to the point of where he was going to let them die in our attic and remove them with the insulation. He expects his money up front. He was paid by the insurance company for work he didn't finish! Avoid this man and Attic Attack at all costs!

It was very smooth. He had to set some traps to remove the animals. He did this work first, then the gutter problems. He was swift and diligent. He was here when he was suppose to be here.

Since the work was completed we have had no issues with the squirrels returning and we have a 3-year warranty that Attic Attack will honor if we should have any more issues.  The owner, Greg Smith is very knowledgeable and will thoroughly explain his proposal to you.  Very professional and thorough.

Greg inspected the whole house, basement, attic, outbuildings, and lot. He found evidence of rodent infestation and explained in great detail all the steps that it would take to make the house rodent-proof in the future and how to disinfect the house. He treated the house for insects and sprayed disinfectant before we cleaned the basement and after. He did a great job cleaning everything up. I have confidence that it is clean and that rodents can no longer get in.
Due to some construction flaws in the house, some of the repairs would be destroyed when the gutters next were replaced. They needed replacing anyway, so we let him do the job. His subcontractors pressured washed and painted the wood on the outside of the house and did a great job. Greg is very exacting. He inspected all the work of his subcontractors and was very detail-oriented.
He advised us to get black gutters and they blended right in with the roof. Everything looks great. We're very pleased. Greg Smith knows a lot about construction and is good at spotting problems and recommending fixes. I think he's trustworthy. He didn't over-reach when he recommended fixes.
We didn't do absolutely everything he suggested, and he didn't give us the hard sell. However, we did enough so that he gave us an excellent warranty. He's very good at explaining things. The work was done promptly.
I am confident in the work he and his subcontractors did and would use him again. In fact, I may call him whenever I get ready to made those additional improvements he suggested, which mainly have to do with adding insulation in the attic.

Greg Smith, the owner of the company was very professional and very upfront about everything. He was not a pushy salesman. He told us what we needed to do. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. His workers were very professional.
