I have had excellent service with Atlantis plumbing. I have used them, I think, three times, actually. I have an old house I've had like several plumbing issues. So, I have had an excellent experience with them.

So, I have had excellent experience with them. First of all it was on an Sunday, they responded very quickly. They were very effective. They were very efficient. They did not overcharge me. I would have to say that it was just really all around, great service. I have recommended them to several people.

Went well and they advised of potential future issues because of the depth if the blanket in the tank. Told us what to look for and potential costs.

It's easy to see why Atlantis has so many "A" reviews. After our hot water heater leaked through our basement, we ***initially*** called our home warranty issuer who sent out a different plumber. The first plumber found a reason to not have the 12-year-old unit covered and gave us an exorbitant quote to replace the tank with a ton of "code" upgrades. We said no, got a referral from a friend, and called Atlantis. They came out the same day, replaced the unit the next day, and we've got hot water again. They made sure we were up to code without charging us ridiculous fees! They were easy to work with, professional, and prompt. Roby and his son walked us through what we needed to do. To save money, we chose to buy the unit at HD ourselves and have Atlantis install it. They gave us a very fair installation price and did the work the next morning. We would absolutely hire this company again. Great work!

It was perfect. I placed the request at 8am and they came at noon. They did the job quickly and professionally at a reasonable price.

Mitchell was very quick on the job and found the leak in our crawlspace which was our ice maker water line. He installed a new one in under an hour! Very thankful for the same day service!

It was a very good service. They were prompt but they were very expensive. I've dealt with the service manager in scheduling and dealt with the plumber when he installed. My interactions with them were good. They should have a little more fair pricing.

The fourth visit, service tech Jack and Barry took charge and completed what should have been done by the first tech (Jason). Jack and Barry even called back and verified that all was well and at that time they came out and completed the call very successfully. Not many techs would have called back and verified their work, it was much appreciated and I will use them again to replace my old water tank in the near future. Very professional and courteous!

The job went well, Mr Robinson did an amazing job, He was able to stop all the leaks. The job took longer than it should because the contractor prior damaged the plumbing when he routed hot water to the toilet instead of cold. The pipes he crimped was poorly done and not tightened to maximum capacity. Which then exploded in the bathroom creating a huge mess. Thank goodness Tim was experienced and knew how to correct Porch contractor mistake. He replaced all the pipes with pepex and crimped with copper and installed the shower valved replaced about 10 ft of damaged copper.

Great! I am very happy with the work and how quickly they figured out and fixed the problem.

Tim was professional, courteous and got the job done without wasting any time.

Tim Robinson was fast to arrive on a Sunday, friendly, professional, educational - great all around. I have used Atlantis 3 times now and would recommend them highly for all kinds of plumbing jobs. My house is 65 years old, so I am thrilled to have a great plumber.

They honored 2 coupons on Angie's List. Tech, Charlie was personable & professional, and did a good job replacing toilets seamlessly. First appointment, was a "no show", however Atlantis offered further discount as a result, so that was great customer service.

The plumbers arrived on time and finished the work in 30 minutes. I provided the replacement unit.

Great service! The plumber, Bryan, not only located the primary leak in the water line, he also found a secondary micro-leak in the water line just where it entered the foundation wall (he demonstrated it by holding his hand around the water line near the foundation wall to stop a slow drip that was creating a small puddle near the foundation). After we watched the slow drip for a few minutes, to ensure it was constant and due to water pressure within the line, he determined that the two current leaks (plus a previous nearby leak that had successfully been repaired 3 years earlier) was probably due to the the heavy bend in the water line as it rose to meet the foundation wall (about a 3 foot rise over a 1 foot run). Since the water line through the foundation wall would need to be replaced to stop the micro-leak, Bryan recommended removing a portion of the line on both sides of the foundation -- especially the portion with the heavy bend on the outside -- and replacing it with a 90-degree elbowed configuration made up of new PEX pipe and brass fittings. This configuration would take the weight/pressure off the line caused by the heavy bend. Bryan spent a lot of extra time and care making sure the work was done right: cutting PEX pipes to proper length, making sure the pipes were well crimped onto the brass joints, soldering a fitting onto the inside copper pipe to transition from the PEX pipe coming through foundation wall, and sealing the pipe's hole in the foundation wall with hydraulic cement. All leaks stopped. Water pressure great. And feel very confident that the new configuration of the water line near the house will be more durable than the original. Very much appreciate Bryan's attention to detail and quality work.

Called at 8 am and by 8:30 am Tim and Josh showed up. They removed the unit, left for an hour to get the new one and we're done by 11:15 am. They gave me a price and stuck to it. Very friendly guys!

Outstanding service and responsiveness! Atlantis, through their technician, Cody Massey, promptly and professionally repaired a shower leak in a rental house of mine in Dallas, GA. I received their military discount and was very pleased with their service. I will be using them again for my next plumbing job.

This is the second time I've used Atlantis Plumbing for a service job, and once again they delivered top-notch work - - Herman and his team surveyed and diagnosed the situation, they brought out jack-hammers and dirt digging equipment to dig a 30 ft. long trench in order to excavate and remove old decaying cast iron plumbing- -which was the source of the drainage backup. . . they made a nice clean precise cut along the concrete, and their overall footprint over the two days of work, was minimal - - considering what they were working with, with this major job. . They made a point to show me pieces of the old plumbing, and the extent to which it had decayed - - Wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

Tim arrived an hour and half after I called and he fixed it right away.
