Company owner made a list of everything in detail that needed to be done as we walked through house before he issued the contract. Any later additions, list was revised with additional charges. Pressure washing - went good. Exterior - paint was spattered on porch floor while they were spraying, then clear stain placed over spatters,which he claimed loudly and I consider a disrespectful way that paint spatters were already there. He did correct that problem after he was reminded that we checked porch after it was pressure washed and there were no spatters. Staining of front porch - fair job - not professional - a few small spots missed. No stain was left to do touch ups. Interior: Area on ceiling hallway where boot on roof had leaked at one time (which was replaced) left a stain and hole which didn't get repaired after we paid extra to get the ceiling painted because of the problem. Sent him pictures and he rudely told me he would return to complete the work but that it would not stay fixed. We paid someone else to come and finish.. He seemed not to remember several things that were on the list he made before contract was issued. He would say they weren't included in the contract and that he had bent over backwards for us. Contract was not real detailed but trusted him to do what was right since he is a preacher, Pictures are available.
