The tech we had was new but still had a good knowledge of what he was doing.

It is now time for our fall service.  In the last several weeks, we have tried contacting this business on a number of occasions and at different times of the day.  Most of the time the phone rings endlessly.  We have been able to leave one message that has not been returned.  We are extremely unhappy to have paid for a service that has yet to be performed and will now unlikely be completed.

They gave me a window of arrival and showed up an hour after the window.  I'm not complaining too much because mine was only preventative maintenance, and others were probably without AC.  Just wish I had known so that I could have adjusted my plans a little better.  When I have called for an emergency repair in the past though, they were quick to respond.  I didn't mind the wait as much, assuming that was the reason.  Great group of workers and owner is willing to come out if his crews are so busy that they can't make it.  Though this wasn't the best experience with them, I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM ALWAYS, ESPECIALLY FOR EMERGENCIES IN PAULDING COUNTY.

I've been using them for 9 years. They're always punctual and I've not had any problems, but it's a fairly new house and I just trust them. The guys are always courteous and neat. I don't mind them being in my house.

Airstar was very diligent with their quotes and broke everything out clearly so I could make a good, informed decision. They provided multiple options but were clear with their recommendation based on my needs. They were careful about my home as they removed the old units, and were professional and diligent as they installed the new. They also did all the heavy lifting on paperwork to help me get any rebates due.

They did a very good job. They put in new ducts and systems. I was extremely pleased with their work. I have a lot of experience with this kind of work and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work and their professionalism. I would highly recommend.

John was prompt and very professional. He was just your all around nice guy. We will be calling to do our system when we are ready.

I really like that Airstar always calls seasonally to see if I need them. I like that when I need to call them, they arrive promptly. The people are very polite and trustworthy as I usually just leave them a key while I am working and they come in and do my maintenance for me. It is great to have such a reliable company handling my air conditioning needs.

We called Airstar after our current HVAC company told us we needed to replace one of our 8 year old furnaces due to a CO2 leak. Our previous company told us that it would cost $1685 to replace the furnace and didn't even bother to look into any remaining warranty on the equipment. Airstar checked out the system and could not find anything wrong with it. Best $85 I've ever spent. We found a service provider with integrity and identified one that has none.
