Mr. Coleman performed an excellent job cleaning my gutters. He opened the gutter guards and actually removed all dirt and debris that had accumulated inside them and then washed them clean. I was very impressed by his work and will definitely ask him to come back to do it again. I highly recommend AFFORDABLE GUTTER CLEANING Service.

Very well. The techs were courteous and the work was done when I requested it. They were knowledgeable and fast and even finished the cap install in the rain.

It went great. He arrived on time; was very professional and cleaned up all the mess from the gutters and then some - including blowing off the entire driveway and part of the yard! He also was going to give us a discount to do my moms house 4 miles away on the same day (she ended up having to cancel though). Best gutter cleaning company experience I have had yet. I have and will definitely continue to recommend him to others.

As always Randall did a top notch job. He flushed the critters out of the attic and repaired the damaged areas as well as sealing off the holes. He then cleaned the gutters. Randall has not raised his prices over the many years I have used the services of his company. I highly recommend him.

He was a very nice and professional person . He did an excellent job cleaning the gutters as well as found for several problem areas and repair them . He cleaned up very well at the end and didn't leave a mess as well . He guarantees his work and said to call him as many times as needed if there's any issues . I would highly recommend using him .

This was my second time using Affordable Gutter Cleaning and they will be the only group I call. Each time they have gone the extra mile to protect my home and didn't up charge. Last year, Randall trimmed a limb because he noticed ants making their way on my roof. And this year, I had a section of the gutter that needed to be re-attached. Also, My wife looked out our kitchen window and stated, "wow, the back deck is really clean!" Randall cleared the debris from the gutters and the "extra" leaves that were on the deck. AAAA Service.

He was on time and it didn't take him long to do the task.  He was personable and accommodating with the questions that I had as a new homeowner.  He also informed me that the DIRECTV cable  tech had ran the cable line in the gutter area and that had cause backup and water stains had form since water wasn't flowing as it should.   I'm glad I had the service done when I did wasn't sure how often and when to have this service done and he gave me guidelines.   I would recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Coleman installed one boot on our roof pipe and had to get 2 more for remaining pipes.  I prepaid $235 so he could install them whenever he could fit another trip into his schedule.  Though there was a long delay before his return everything was finished correctly and with apologies for the delay.  I will use this company again. Good work...............

We set an appointment for him to arrive between 8 and 8:30 am. on a Thursday morning. At 8:30, Randall called and said his daughter was sick, he was waiting for his mother-in-law to arrive to take care of her, and he would be here no later than 10am. When he wasn't here by 10, I gave him a call back and he said he would was leaving right then and would be here in a few minutes as he lives right around the corner. He showed up 30 minutes later. He cleaned the gutters and said he had to order the replacement gutters that were missing. He indicated the gutters would be in by Monday and he call me the first part of the following week to come back and install. In addition to the money I paid him to clean the gutters-he charged me an extra $15 "material fee" towards the gutters he was ordering. Over the next three weeks, I called Randall several times trying to find out when our gutters would be installed. He never initiated any calls to me to update me on the situation. When I would call him, he would constantly tell me the gutters weren't in yet and they would be in the next day. I would wait a few days, call back and get the same story. The last story I got was that the gutters had arrived, but now he was sick and couldn't come out to install. Said he would be out as soon as he felt better and told me to give him a call if I hadn't heard from him in a couple days. I waited 3 days and had not heard from him so I called him as requested. I left a message on his voice mail(which was odd because his business number is his cell number and he always answered the phone). When I hadn't heard back in a few hours I tried again-and got voice mail. I suspected he was avoiding my calls-so I asked my husband to use his office phone to call Randall to see if he would pick up. He answered immediately when he saw it wasn't my phone number on the caller id. My husband hasn't been involved in this whole situation, so he just acted like he called the wrong number. Now that I knew Randall wouldn't answer a call from my home, I went over to a friend's house and called him. And of course, he picked up the phone immediately. I asked if this was Randall and he said "yes". As soon as I told him who I was, he says "hello? hello?" like he couldn't hear me, and then he hung up! Of course when I called back, he wouldn't pick up the phone. So, I wasted 3 weeks of frustration, am out $15 and still have no gutters. To top that off, we found a whole section of gutter that he neglected to clean out during his initial visit.

I called several places after discovering an overflow from our gutters. Randall answered the phone and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to come the same day and arrived 20 minutes early. After cleaning the gutters, he inspected the area around the overflow for damage. He described the minor problem and fixed it right away. He cleaned up most of the debris. Cost was exactly as described and very affordable.
