+ -1 moreContractor responded to phone calls promptly, came to the site and gave a free estimate for the work, notified us the day before that he would be about 1 hr. late to begin the work, arrived at the time he stated, worked efficiently, kept me involved throughout the work to verify it was as desired, checked the grades with his transit prior to spreading the gravel (#4 stone), and was very easy to work with.
Description of Work: Regraded along a hillside to correct drainage / provide a reverse slope to interrupt the water flow and redirect to a less developed area of the lot. They also placed surge stone in 3 gullies and spread #4 stone on hje freshly graded area. Although there was a lot more earth moved than I expected or would have liked, I believe this work will alleviate the problems we were having. He even moved leaves to cover the areas disturbed by the equipment access and left the work site neat.
