Contractor responded to phone calls promptly, came to the site and gave a free estimate for the work, notified us the day before that he would be about 1 hr. late to begin the work, arrived at the time he stated, worked efficiently, kept me involved throughout the work to verify it was as desired, checked the grades with his transit prior to spreading the gravel (#4 stone), and was very easy to work with.
