The didn’t disappoint!! Top notch job! Very professional and much attention to details. They didn’t make a mess of my bushes and cleaned up daily. They replaced some of the wood and we couldn’t have done it better ourselves. We will never paint again! Slade and his crew were meant to paint and do such a fantastic job. 👍

It went extremely smooth. Workers were polite and professional during the complete job. House looks brand new.

They are cheap and you get what you pay for. The painting itself was fine, it was everything else around the painting and the scheduling was terrible. The did a lot of damage moving furniture and scheduling that's where the problems were. If I had an empty house and they just needed to paint the inside I would probably use them again for that but in any other situation, no. They could have been a lot more careful with moving things around. In the end it all worked out but they gave me a little bit of a break on the price and then I had insurance come out and express for a lot of things. It all did work itself out but not really through anything they did. The price was excellent. They were a lot cheaper than anybody else.

From the time of initial contact, any communication was handled swiftly, kindly and with complete professionalism. The work day began on time each day and continued until dark. The painters were courteous, respectful to me and my property and worked steady and hard all day. I was amazed at their attention to detail in the repairs and quality of workmanship. They earned my respect and trust and I would highly recommend Pro Painters of North Georgia to anyone.

Excellent! The caulking, wood replacements, and paint are perfect. The house looks better than it did when new.

They come with very high recommendations. It was a lot of money but the cost was very reasonable for what he did. It’s a very competitive industry. They did a lot of getting rid of dead woods and said that we need to fix this and that. I talked to Slade on number a number of occasions. His daughter works with him. I have a lot of respect for him. My dad was a house painter so I’m sensitive to that. I have recommended him to people who have asked about who I’ve used. We literally have this cards hanging up inside our kitchen cabinet, as they are our go-to people for various needs.

'We have used this company for interior painting and they did a fantastic job several years ago; hpwever! The painters were good painters, but rarely used drop clothes and now have we have white paint spots on a roof in the back of the house and 2 metal roofs over dining and living room. What really irked my husband and myself was the lack of picking up each day; we had hundreds of caulk strips and wood everywhere in newly laid mulch. Paint spilled on our front walkway( was told by owner's daughter who was in training and the manager of the job that this was no big deal!) The painters literary ruined several bushes with no regard as to where they placed their ladders and completely damaged a huge holly tree by breaking off many main limbs; we spoke to the daughter and told her not to do any more work in that area, gave her written instructions about that area and she agreed. We came home an hour later to see they had indeed gone back to that area and broken another main limb off.

"Superb" is the best word I can use to describe Pro Painters of North Georgia. We initially used another contractor that bid a price in the middle of the 3 quotes we got. However, after the 2nd day on the job, I demanded they leave my property because the quality of their work was so bad. I realize you get what you pay for but this other company was given an "A" rating on Angie's list and the inferior quality of their work wasn't what I had expected relative to their price. Nonetheless, Slade and Mallory came to the rescue -- literally! My wife and I are extremely pleased with the appearance of the house when they completed the work. The preparation was exceptional - very detailed! They replaced rotted wood that the previous contractor painted over !!. Pro Painters have painted several homes in the Westbrook Community and are always highly recommended. I only regret that I wasted my time and some money with the other painter - don't make the same mistake! Use Pro-Painters of North Georgia; you'll be pleased that you did.

Mallory and her paint crew did an excellent job on the house. Mallory was in consistent communication as to when the project would start and the various stages until completed. She answered any questions I had with a quick turn around time. I would recommend Pro Painters of North Georgia as I have received many compliments on their workmanship from other vendors along with neighbors. My house looks brand new!

Mallory arrived at my home at the scheduled time and walked around the home discussing with me the scope of the projects we had, and how they would do the work. She told me about her company, the materials they would use, and their workers, and she left me a company brochure. Her knowledge and description of their work as well as the information in the brochure and in the estimate later provided were professional and detailed. She e-mailed me the estimate with options for work that could be done as upgrades or as seperate items as I had requested. She responded to my questions and even revised the estimate to reflect some of my concerns and additional needs. Although we did choose a differnt painter due in large measure to how busy their firm currently is, and our desire to complete the project before our deadline, I am positive they would have done an outstanding and professional job. I would not hesitate to use their firm in the future if our scheduling would permit.

The crew was punctual as always and very professional. They replaced and stained the flooring and steps of a large deck and staircase. When finished they cleaned up and made sure we were satisfied.

The work was done in a timely manner. The finish of the paint is Excellent. While working they did find some wood rot, that they discussed with us and quote us a price. We had them go ahead and repair most of what they found. We will be replacing two windows. Will use them again.

If you want the absolute BEST painting company to do your work, spend the extra money and go with Slade's company. Do not expect to have the same price quote as the average painting companies out there. For my house which is close to 4500 square feet, I got estimates from $2,800, $3,200, $5,000 and $6,200. Pro Painters is not the cheapest. They were the most expensive. I'm sure there are more expensive companies out there, but no one could do a better job than PP. Let me tell you why. 1) Professionalism: From business operations to the actual job. All his workers know how to treat the customer and their property with respect. They didn't even listen to music while working. 2) Protection of property: before they even started every surface was prepared with cover/protection. Floors, cabinets, windows, etc. They wore booties when they walked through the house. They kept my door closed at all times. If I didn't know it, I wouldn't even know they were here. 3) Prep. Prep. Prep: I could not believe it when they were here for nearly 2 days just prepping the walls for 2 rooms. There was not a single nail pop or dent on the walls anywhere. And the texture was restored to better than original new quality. I don't know how they do it; maybe the nap of the roller, the direction they paint. But, the finish is amazing. 4) Quality: I have a "hawk eye" when it comes to this stuff. And, I cannot say enough good things about their workmanship. They really care. They take their time. Their price reflects 2-3x the work. It is not inflated cost. It is a true cost reflective of the amount of work they put into the job. 5) Exit: They put everything back in its original place. And, even cleaned the bathroom surfaces when they left. It was as if I got a house cleaner and a painter. I wish I could have used them for the outside of my house. Unfortunately, I had to go with a middle estimate due to some financial challenges I encountered unexpectedly. If not for that, I would have spent the extra money for the work of PP.

We haven’t made a decision yet; so we haven’t used them yet. I did like him and he seemed really precise and he knew what he was doing. We haven’t really decided because my husband wanted to get 3 estimates; so we were just going to wait and see about that. He was very good, very personable and a very nice guy. His prices seemed fair. He spent a lot of time explaining everything to me. His responsiveness was very good.

They always do very quality work and are very high in integrity and honesty.

The entire exterior of my home was painted by hand, and I think that they did very good work. Everything still looks as good as it did three years ago.
