We are in the process of selling our home, and hired Over The Garden Wall to do a facelift to our backyard, which was overgrown with ivy, and had some access challenges, as well as reshape some beds in the front yard and transplant some of our plants. They also did a resurfacing job on our driveway, which was pitted in several areas and cracked.
Over The Garden Wall did an excellent job on all of these projects, which substantially improved the appearance of our property. The front bed is beautiful and has gotten numerous comments from friends and potential buyers. Our back yard was completely transformed from an inaccessible wooded area to a beautiful creek side spot with steps leading down to it. We had gotten several objections from buyers about our back yard, which ceased after Over The Garden Wall did their work. Our driveway, which was a major detractor to our home, looks like new. All this was done at a very reasonable cost, and exactly as scheduled.
Bill and his employees were all very polite and easy to deal with. Bill explained the work they were doing thoroughly, and came up with several ideas to enhance the projects at minimal cost. They always showed up when they said they would, and left the work areas picked up and neat before they left.
I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone looking to improve the appearance of their property, particularly if they are looking for a quick facelift to help them sell in a difficult market.
