+ -1 moreI arranged with ORKIN to have our rental treated on a Saturday for carpenter ants. They gave me a two hour window, but didn't show up or call to say they would be late. So much for my Saturday. I called their number, and finally got someone, in Georgia. We are in Oregon. After waiting on hold for about 4 minutes, I was transferred to another person in another state, a nice lady who promised to track the culprit down for me. After a much longer wait, she said she was unable to contact them but she said she had sent them an email, and assured me someone would contact me soon. Email? I cancelled the order. My renter wasn't happy, and neither was I. Read the reviews before you call these people.
