Technician serviced unit and answered all my questions.

It went well.  They are thorough and efficient.  The office staff and owners are extremely kind but yet professional.  Thus far they seem to be fair and reasonable with their pricing also.  I found when moving here they were highly recommended so gave them a try.  I've been with them since then and that was 3 yrs ago!  At this point, I have no reason to change to another company.  Thank you Knepper Heating and Air!

Having been pleased with Knepper's service several times before on our wood furnace, I called them again, with a new problem. The A/C was running but we were not getting cool. I expected that this the typical "low coolant" problem. The technician (in 4 different visits over 5 years, each has been one I would welcome back), checked that and found that it was not the problem.
I knew that the condensate pump had been working intermittently, and wanted that replaced at the same time.
He found errors created by DIY efforts of a previous owner and took the time to explain and correct each of them. He did take the time to look for other potential problems that each could cause, found one and corrected it. He explained why the filter placement of the previous owner failed to protect the coils and how to get the correct filter for my unusual installation.
It took around 2 hours, but the results have been beyond expectation. I will use Knepper when I upgrade the system.

They performed the annual maintenance check on the 2 heat pumps and located an underperforming capacitor on one of them which was replaced.

They were courteous and professional. They were reasonably priced. They didn't leave any mess behind.

Pleasant service man tried but couldn't complete the repair.

Trane sent a new Field Charger under warranty, and my air cleaner is now completely fixed.

Prior jobs have gone very well with prompt attention to the job especialy when scheduling repairs of nonworking A/C on a hot day, good office personnel, and knowledgeable technicians. Current job is not completed but I expect the same when the replacement parts arrive.

I shopped around for a company to replace my old HVAC system. I knew pretty much what kind of system I wanted and I knew from a number of internet searches about how much the system would cost. I contacted 3 companies for quotes. The first one came out, looked around for about 10 minutes and gave me a quote that did not specify any specific replacement hardware. They had a "generic" price which covered whatever equipment they installed. That didn't work for me. The second company never showed up even though it was the company Home Depot was pushing. Then I called Knepper Heating and Air. Chris Knepper came out, did an analysis of my old system, mapped out all of my duct's and returns and provided a computer analysis of what my house needed and what changes we should make to maximize the HVAC efficiency. He spent 2 hours checking my house out and going over my options with me and providing specific equipment part numbers and costs. He was willing to work with me on the price so that I ended up paying what I considered to be a good price for the project. His team arrived early in the morning and worked into the early evening to complete the install in a day. They cleaned everything up and provided instructions on how to use the new system. They contacted me about a week later and asked if everything was OK. I've had the system for about 6 weeks and it's works perfectly - they did a great job. I recommend them.

Three weeks after the install I noticed the heat was acting up. I called Knepper and they sent their repair guy out to see what was wrong. After about 20 minutes the repair guy calls me over and say's "well, I know what the problem is. Mice have eaten through 5 of the control wires on the control unit. He showed me and sure enough, they had been chewed right through. Knepper repaired the damage at no cost to me and the system is working once again...
