HOME DEPOT INC

I have been to this store approximately 3 times in the past 3 years. Every experience has been EXACTLY the same. I have been remodeling my home on my own. My most recent project is taking the carpet out of some of the areas in my home and replacing them with hardwood flooring. I was planning on spending A LOT of money in this store and this was their third strike so they are out, forever. This is the most convenient store for me to visit because of its close proximity to my home. However, I will never go to this store location again. I will make the 30 to 45 minute drive to visit other Home Depot locations. Every time I have ever entered this store, I either don't find anyone to help me or I am bounced around between 5 or 6 different people. On my most recent visit, I stood around in the flooring department for close to 30 minutes. The store was NOT in the slightest bit busy. No one ever offered to help me & the store lost out on an opportunity to get a large chunk of my money. I simply walked out, very frustrated, and I simply will never return. This store needs to get it together!
