Furniture - Sales
I had problems with the recline mechanism from the time I got the chair. After several contacts with the company they picked up the chair from my home, took it to the main store many miles away and returned it to their store as they could find nothing wrong with it. I went to their store and showed the salesperson my problem. He showed me how to operate it properly so it would work. There was nothing wrong with the chair - just how I was using it. They redelivered it to my house and never complained about the cost of their labor or transporting expenses or made me feel more stupid than I already did. That level of respect and helpfulness went above and beyond what they needed to do. I would use them again.
