Garbage Collection
They were contracted to pick up our trash every Monday. They did a good job on good-weather days, but a poor job on bad-weather days. If they missed on a bad-weather day, they didn't come back until the following Monday. Contacting them by phone was impossible. Every call goes to voice mail, and they almost never called back. We terminated their service in early December, effective 12/31/2010. Their final pickup, 12/27, was a week late, and I had to make numerous calls (to voice mail) to get them to come back and pick up their empty bins.
