A very helpful, Nancy, at Appalachian dispatched an experienced plumber THE SAME DAY, and after his checking all the upstairs fixtures, we had him cut into the den ceiling and check for any possible leaks, and when he found none, (It was a large construction stain that had finally bled through), we asked him to tighten a sink fixture and commode handle. We then needed to get the ceiling fixed and the entire ceiling repainted. Without delay, Appalachian sent out a wonderful, meticulous painter, who repaired the ceiling beautifully and had a machine that blew the sanding dust out the window and not into our home! The ceiling looks great.
Honestly, we didn't know this kind of first class repair service was still available! The cost for the amount of work we had done was extremely reasonable, too. I was also impressed by the careful way they treated our home. I'd call Appalachian again in a heartbeat!
