He contacted me quickly. Came when he said he would and did the job I needed. Seemed nice and did repair for a fair price unlike most other quotes I received. Hopefully repair will hold up. We’ll see. But for now, I’m happy with service

If you want headaches, this is the right contractor for you. Stole material from the job site. He didn’t even finish the demo properly. The 2x4 truss repairs are unsafe. I paid him money because he kept on asking for it. I paid for a hotel for several days. The hotel owner wanted him out, he was disturbing the other people in there. He broke into the home and the police got involved. He has several fraud issues according to the police. He doesn’t use contracts. He is not bonded or insured. Never provided his business license number. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Our attorney is working right now to sue him. You are warned. Know what you are getting yourself into. There are good contractors out there but he is not one of them. Do yourself a favor and don’t fall for his tricks and lies. This type of contractor is a squeeze and dump type. After being in real estate since the 1990’s, I have seen them all. Below is a Picture with the damage when he started and a picture on the day he got fired. That’s when he decided he would take revenge and steal the materials and everything else. Hope all this information helps you to make a better decision.

Paid this guy in August 2021, I am still dealing with him not coming back and fix all problem in January 27, 2022. Never pay anything before they completed the work, otherwise, you will be calling all the time.

"I done all I can to help this man with his problem, but he has a under ground problem with his basement, and that is not my problem, when they built the house,they used the wrong piping, for the water to run out of, and that's another problem that he needs to work out with who built the house ?, not me, I done what I could to do to help him Is not my problem Thanks ?"
