"If you need us after hours or on the weekend we will be right there! Water damage does not always happen according to our busy schedules. Whatever time of day or night, we will be there if you need us!"
He worked around my schedule and performed most of the work himself. His time estimates were pretty close, considering we found some extra issues later on. We were able to replace the kitchen tiles with the same hardwood in the rest of my house, and he was able to keep it within budget.
