W E RUSSELL LANDSCAPE GROUP

Russell Landscape Group (HQ in Dacula, GA) was supposed to prune the trees on our property and instead they cut down 19 trees on our property without permission and without city permits. Russell also left debris from the trees all over our property for several weeks until we called them repeatedly and sent pictures. They also left the unsightly tree stumps sticking up from the ground and have yet to remove them. Additionally Russell does not proactively maintain the landscaping on our property, they let it deteriorate, it becomes unsightly, and if you don't call them then it will simply get worse...they really don't care about their customers landscaping and they are reactive vs. proactive in their approach to customer service. Despite repeated communication with Russell, the company refuses to do anything to remedy the situation with the trees on our property. Additionally, Russell does not proactively maintain the property and they have let several areas deteriorate to the degree that they have become unsightly and have hurt the value of our property. Russell sends out local worker crews that do the bare minimum to maintain the property and their account managers will only walk the property if you call them and push them?otherwise their account managers may not visit the property for years. Russell gets a lot of their business through property management firms (it is handed to them) and they simply want to collect a monthly check for hundreds if not thousands of dollars while doing the very bare minimum amount of work...then once everything has deteriorated to the degree it must repaired or replaced they then want to charge additional exorbitant fees when the problems are due to their lack of doing what you were paying them for in the first place!! STAY AWAY FROM RUSSELL LANDSCAPE GROUP AT ALL COSTS.
