Voyles Overhead Door

Today is July 10,2015. The replacement of cables was done on 5/29/15. Returned home today to find the door uneven,with about a 5 inch gap under the left side and it would not open or close. After I did an inspection, I noticed the cable had come loose from the bottom, where it attaches to the door. Called Voyles and secretary told me the gentleman I needed to speak with was on the phone and would call me  right back. I never recieved that phone call. I tried to call back a couple of times only to get the answering machine. I would have been fine if she said its too late in the day and on a Friday. Now Im stuck not knowing if they will call back and  if they work on weekends(cant find info. about this on their website). I will update this if I am ever contacted or charged for any repairs that they just repaired less than 2 months ago.

They replaced our old garage doors with stylish new doors and replaced the garage door opener with a super quiet new model. The guy worked by himself, was very efficient, neat and knowledgeable. He was also able to program our old remotes to the new system.

The technician came on time and completed the work in about 30 minutes. He was efficient, courteous, and did an excellent job. The cost of the service was exactly what he had quoted me on the phone the day before. Garage door works perfectly again. Very pleased with this company and their work.

Voyles replaced both of my garage doors and repaired the openers that were already there. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

It is fantastic! The door looks great after being painted and the door/opener combination are amazingly quiet. The work was started and completed while I was at work in a single day.
