I hired Superior Outside Service to do a full clean up and get my yard ready for spring. Not only did Joey take 3 trips to my house to do work, but the job was not completed. When I asked if he could come back to do the bushes (which were not touched), I was told that even though I clearly stated that I wanted that on the phone and in my original request through home advisor, /it was not included in my quote/ and would be additional from the price we had already agreed upon. I cannot even express my dissatisfaction with the job and the way the issue was handled. I also had him pressure wash my patio and he left mud streaks on my patio after it was cleaned. In general, Joey did the bare minimum he thought would be acceptable. I thought I had a great rapport going with Jamie (who handles the office/scheduling) but after how she handled my polite request to have Joey come back and complete the job, I would never do business with these guys again and would not recommend them to anyone. Update: Since I cannot add pictures to this review, I will have to quote the text conversation after the second trip: Hey. Joey did a pretty good job but he did not trim the bushes at all and left a skid mark on the pressure washed patio from the table. Is there any way I could get him to come back out and finish up? Yes madam! I am sorry about that/ Thank you. It was not until the next day that Jamie informed me that they would not be doing the bushes. As far as him working for four hours and using more material than he quoted, that shows that Joey cannot accurately quote a job, which has already been proven and I am not sure what would take him 4 hours to do on my lot that is less than a quarter of an acre and partially wooded. I do not appreciate ANY accusations that I am trying to get something for nothing.

"Hi Meagan, I am sorry you misunderstood that the hedge trimming is not included. I always let every customer know what is included and what is not for each service. I understand you are unhappy with Joey's work. Joey came out to give an estimate one day. Performed the spring clean up and mowing another. Joey cleaned the yard for 4 hours and we only charged for 3 hours as you mentioned you were on a budget and had some circumstances, so I said "I will cut her a break". We also charged the mowing as if you were a regular customer and not a one time mow as that would be more. It rained that day so Joey could not finish. He came back to put down the pine straw and pressure washed. Again, he used 9 bails of pine straw but I charged for less than 6, cutting you a break. When Joey pressure washed, we gave an estimate for only the patio. Joey pressure washed the patio, your patio furniture, your children's outdoor toys, and the entire back wall of your home because it was green and he felt bad. Joey went above and beyond and took before and after photos to show me, with no expectation of extra pay on his end. He was excited at how great it looked. Joey happily came to spray the small mud streak from the patio and let me know that must have been due to him dragging the heavy table back after he moved all of your furniture to perform the job. After all was said and done, two neighbors stopped by and thanked Joey for cleaning your yard so well and mentioned it had not looked that good in years and took a business card from Joey.
