Rich and Paul with Rogers Services Group were professional , on time and completed the install that left me with a beautiful fire in my fireplace! They were very mindful of safety during these times of covid. I have used Rogers Services Group, Inc for other plumbing needs and always a happy customer when they leave. Will continue to use them in the future.

They are quick to respond and very informative. In fact they just gave me some tips and I didn't have to really pay for their services. Their responsiveness and punctuality was excellent. They were on time when they said they would be here. Their professionalism was very good.

I could not ask for better service. As soon as I noticed the water flooding out of my house, I called Rich and told him of my problem. He showed up when he said he would the same day and repaired my broken pipe. Excellent work! Will definitely call him for any future plumbing issues in the future.

It went great, Prompt,professional, and completed the job in a short time period. Cleaned up well! Highly recommended!

Arrived early, another one of his truck showed up same time and the job went quickly and they cleaned up the area of work. It was a family business, father and 2 sons and they were all nice, friendly and courteous and respectful.

So, called Rogers because of its close proximity to me. Since I had shut down the toliet, they asked if they could come out the next day. I said fine. The following morning they called to say that their storage facility had been burglarized during the night and that they might be a little late. No problem. When the clock chimed 9 a.m., which was their original appointment, Mike rang the doorbell. Couldn't have been more on-time than that. Quickly diagnosed the problem and told me the new fill valve I bought at Home Depot was defective. They put in one they had with them and asked me to call if I had any problems. No bill. Just a "say a kind word for us." Incredible. I will definitely call them if I have a problem in the future.

Mr. Rogers and crew filled in for another plumber whom I had used previously but who was unavailable due to health. Mr. Rogers and crew (depending on who was available) picked up immediately and installed bathtub and shower fixtures I had previously purchased. In that process, he determined that one of the items to be installed was an incorrect item. Although I had the receipt from a reputable local dealer, Mr. Rogers made contact with his own personal contact at the dealer and worked with his contact to ensure that I received the correct part. Although it took multiple shipments for the supplier to get the correct part for me, I'm not sure the exchange could have been accomplished without Mr. Rogers' involvement. All parts are now successfully installed and Mr. Rogers did not charge me anything additional to come out to our home SEVERAL times in the process to get the correct part installed!
