We never actually received service. After getting a work order number from our warranty people, we were told we'd be contacted within 24 hours. Two days went by and we never heard anything so I reached out myself. I tried working out a time to be home since I was going to be away on business for a few days that week. They said they'd call the night before to confirm. No call came. I called the next morning, work order in hand and it was as if they were hearing from me for the first time. We set up a window of time for them to show up. I was called again to ask if I wanted service that day about an hour after I hung up with them. I asked if my time slot was still confirmed and that rep didn't realize I had already scheduled an appointment. She also thought I lived in a different city. She eventually confirmed my actual address and appointment window. My time window came and went and I had to leave home to get back to the office for meetings. No call to be late, no follow up, just a no-show. The people I talked with were nice but it appears that there are some administrative issues there. The left hand does not appear to know what the right is doing.
