This is one of the maintenance warranties. With the company was very positive. They were very interested in pleasing the customer at the expense of correcting their employee and they make sure that the work got done property. $75 is certainly for what work got done was very good. So far it appears to be good work. Punctuality was a big issue and it was not the company it was the employee. It is that time of the year everyone is turning on air conditioners a couple of weeks ago and we just to wait because their list is so long. They are supposed to respond within 24 hours and they just did not do that that is a good way to put. You could also look at it they were so busy they must have been pretty booked to be that busy. It is kind of hard to know. They employee did not perform punctually and he responded to the criticism I gave in a very professional way.
