Shaye (President) was nice at first and once we had questions about the scope of the work she became offended and started to quote her time in the business as justification as to why we should not even ask a question. The measurements provided to the painter were inaccurate and she claimed that she used the builder's floor plans so she removed herself from accountability on the mistake even though the mistake drove up the cost of our labor to the painter who spent extra time fixing her design scale. The communication on the deal between Shaye and our family were handled primarily between my wife and Shaye and when I (husband) had questions for Shaye she referred to me as a "third party" and could not figure out why I would want to speak to her and it took her 1.5 business days to call me only after I refused to send payment until she called me. There was poor communication on the entire process and Shaye would never accept responsibility for the mis-understanding with replies such as "OK guys- obviously you did not review the emails closely at the time they were sent" and "Nope- remember last week you asked the same thing" regarding questions we brought up. Many of these replies from Shaye were in response to us trying to figure out what we were paying and which portion was to her and which was to the painter. In the end, we were correct that we were paying the painter (even though she was billing us for it in error) and had to endure her condescending comments via email before we arrived at the actual billing that was owed and she still never accepted responsibility for for any mis-communication. Under no circumstances would we do business with this company ever again!
