George physically walked through every aspect of the home with me and then provided us with a comprehensive report which included photos. His demeanor and willingness to explain everything to me made me feel comfortable with what I was seeing. He willingly answered all my questions, even the dumb ones, and wanted to make sure I understood everything he was saying. I couldn't have felt more comfortable with the inspection and I am proud to say we were able to present the information to the seller. If I am ever in the market again, I would ensure that we used George for our inspection.

I was very impressed with the Reeson Home Inspections. I
contacted Reeson Home Inspections to inspect the home I was buying and as a
first time home buyer I was wanting to ensure the house I was buying was a
sound and safe home. The inspector George did a very thorough walk through the
property checking from top to bottom for any issues that the house had. He took
the time to explain the report to me so that I could get the most from his
service, this helped me negotiate with the sellers to fix the areas that the
inspector found as problems such as electrical and hvac issues. He took
pictures of everything to ensure the report was accurate. When I buy my next home
I will be calling Reeson Home Inspections again.
