The containers were packed just fine in Atlanta. When the truck pulled up in South Florida, they opened the truck and.... no containers - my stuff was all over the truck with some boxes crushed. I was horrified. I asked what happened and the guys unloading the truck said they didn't know and they were just contractors to deliver.
I called the Atlanta contact and she said that I would have to talk to the "headquarters" in MO. I called the "headquarters" and they first said, "Why am I upset? My stuff was moved just fine and I had no reason to complain." I told them that I wanted a refund and they initially offered $200. Remember that I paid $3500 for the container service! I told them that this just wasn't right. The customer service person said he would talk to "management". After a few days he called and then offered $350.
Do not use them. Please!! They do not honor their contracts. They do not provide the service that they sell you. It doesn't matter how much you pay - you will not be happy!!! And, they have absolutely no real customer service at all. They all differ to the "headquarters" that are out of State and you cannot do anything about it.
I am now on a campaign to spread the word about this company!!!!
