Just another contractor who ignores your calls and never responds. All they have to do is simply call back or text back and say and quot;we are too busy right now to take on any more projectsand quot; rather than just ignoring their calls from prospective customers. It's rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary.

Responded promptly at first call, said he would be back the next week. After three weeks, we called and he came back briefly. Said he would return the next week....that was four weeks ago and we haven't heard a word. There has been no communication at all. If you do not intend to do the job, please say so!!!

Kevin Doyle responded to my call promptly. He came to inspect the job and gave me what I considered a very fair estimate. The job was completed after two short visits. Because the job went better than expected, the final price was a fraction of the original estimate. I would highly recommend Kevin and would certainly use him for any future projects.

We're very happy with Kevin's work. It was great to have a single contact to handle all of our requests instead of having to hire individual contractors to do different things. He did the work over the course of a couple of months -- mostly because we had to wait for other contractors to install carpet, counters, etc. He showed up when he said he would (or called us ahead of time to reschedule), was very friendly, and was willing to be flexible when we added/removed things from the original scope of work. He was able to handle any task we threw at him. There is only one minor negative. Since he's a one man show, he can get booked up quickly, and because of that had to rebook us a few times due to his workload for other customers (or leave after only doing a few hours of work for us). This was a little annoying because we took vacation time from work to make sure we were home. We were told that most of his customers give him a key to the house so he can work without them, but we're just not that trusting... (although if there was any contractor that we would trust to enter our home, Kevin would be the one!). That said, he was also more than willing to do some of the work over weekends, so that more than makes up for it in my mind! We'll definitely call him again when another project comes up.

Great did what he said and cleaned up nicely

Kevin picked up All the doors from our supplier. When we found a couple of them had defects he took care of it with the supplier and got us damage free doors. He removed, marked and saved all the door casings, patched and painted the walls as needed and installed all the doors so they all open and close correctly and reinstalled the door casings. The new doors needed some different latch hardware, Kevin located the needed hardware to work with our matching door knobs. Kevin also refitted some of the baseboard that didn't line up with the door casings and took care of all the removal and clean-up. The new Oak 6 panel doors really dress up the whole house. We are definitely having Kevin back to do some more up-grades and painting.

We where so happy with Kevin and his work that we are asking him to come back and do a lot more significant stuff for us. I'll update you when the work gets started or done.
