FANTASTIC! Jesus was wonderful! He was on time, professional, neat and he took time to make sure I understood the "dos and don'ts" post install! He even replaced the tint on my windshield!

Fantastic! Shawn did even better than I expected, and I expect a lot. Both rock chips I had him repair are all but invisible now. I have to hunt for them, or the glass has to be foggy. Also had him replace the rear window on my F-150. Turns out finding clear glass with a slider is a bit tough for a 20 year old truck, but he managed. And that turned out wonderful too. Would absolutely recommend Shawn to anyone, and will certainly use again next time I need auto glass or repairs.

He had a very competitive price, included mobile service and disposal of old glass, where some companies charged extra for this. Everything was done very professionally and to my satisfaction. Shaun gave us a great and honest price (another company I called would have charged more than twice!). This is the third time I've had my windshield replaced in four years (first time in Georgia). I was impressed with the level of service and guarantee of work. If (when) I need more auto glass, I will certainly call Glass Network.

Unlike many of the companies I contacted for services, Shawn answered his phone and email messages promptly. He provided a quick, competitive, and accurate quote, showed up on time as agreed, preformed his work quickly at the time, place and for the amount agreed upon. "mic drop" Well done!

Shawn did a great job! He answered my call immediately and got back to me promptly about his schedule. I had hired another company who was not available for another week (and also cost $100 more). Shawn was able to complete the job the next day, so I cancelled the other company and hired him. He called to let me know when he would be arriving and completed the job in about an hour. He was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. I definitely recommend using Glass Network.

It went GREAT! I contacted Shawn on Sunday evening about replacing the window and mentioned that I had also developed a leak at the top of my windshield. When I told him that I had already removed the door panel and cleaned up all of the glass, he told me that he could replace the glass for $195 and then reseal the windshield from the inside for free! He showed up the next day as promised, after a courtesy call earlier in the morning to let me know when he would arrive. Replaced the window, made sure that all of the broken glass had been removed from the inside of the door and reinstalled the door panel, switches, etc. Then he resealed the windshield, cleaned up and left. He was here maybe an hour. Professional! I will be calling him when I need any glass services in the future and I will be passing his number along to all my friends and family!!

Had to call the owner a few times to see if can get an estimate as to when someone will be out to install new windshield. When contractor finally came, he was great! he explained what he was doing and how long it was going to take. After contractor was finished, I had to call the owner to get him to take my payment. First time called, he was busy, so I called back again to give payment. He seemed a little annoyed by me calling to make payment.

Excellent work and much faster than anticipated

Very friendly and quick, but "forgot" to mention that the dashboard received a couple of cuts in the process. He didn't clean up either, regardless of the tip I gave him. He could have offered the Anjie's discount(i wasn't aware) due to the negligence, but decided not to, even though I mentioned that I learned about him from the app. There's some room from improvement.

Shawn was very professional start to finish, and offered me a good price for the replacement of my 2005 Nissan 350Z windshield. I contacted him thru Angie's list and we were able to set up a time for him to come out to my office to replace the windshield. He called me the morning of the replacement to give me the exact time and he was able to do the replacement in less than 2 hours. Very honest and prompt service.

The good news- my daughter's windshield was chipped during her commute home. Shawn was at my house within an hour of contacting him.

The bad news (for Shawn)- he was repairing the chip in her windshield, and for the first time in 10 years, the chip expanded to a larger crack and the entire windshield now needed to be replaced.

The best news (for me)- Shawn stood by his commitment to fix her windshield and replaced the entire thing at no additional cost! This took him an additional few hours the next day but he took it in stride and did an excellent job.

Shawn is an honorable man and stands by his work. Any other company would have made me sign a waiver stating I would have to pay for a new windshield if the chip couldn't be repaired. Please give Shawn your business. He deserves it. Thanks Shawn!

Excellent service. I texted late night and Shawn came by the next morning to do the work. He was friendly and looks like he did a great job. I highly recommend.

Best service anybody could ask for. Safelite over priced me and first came out and said they could not fix it that day. So they rescheduled another service tech to come out the next week. I called this company up and he was able to come out the next day cheaper and even cheaper than safelite. The company was very professional. I work night shift so the service tech let me sleep while he did the work and didn't bother me one bit. I woke up to go to work and everything was fixed.

Hands down will recommend this company to family and friends and will absolutely use again if needed.

A fellow employee informed me that my right front passenger window in my 2009 Honda Pilot parked oi our company parking lot  had shattered and glass was everywhere. Initially I assumed that the glass broke on it's own due to either being defective or heat or some other reason because I had just gotten out of the car moments earlier and everything was fine.

I called my insurance company for guidance and they suggested I call Safelite which I did. They quoted $400 to come out but couldn't do it the same day. Since I needed this taken care of the same day I went to Angies List and noted that Glass Network had very good ratings.

When I called I spoke to the owner who said he could come out the same day and quoted me $225. He was on time and took about 45 minutes and my window was good as new again. He also pointed out to me that someone did try to break in but must have been spooked and did not have time to take anything or to create any more damage.

He cleaned up all the broken glass and was very courteous and professional. The glass works and looks fine just as if nothing ever happened to it.

I would definitely recommend Glass Network and I would use them again.
