Chris was AWESOME!!! He was quick to contact me, scheduling the inspection and he came on time, did his inspection and called me to go over all that he found. He took pictures and explained in full detail what he found. He was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He didn't try to rob me blind with his estimate. He even returned to do a post inspection for the corrected issues. I would recommend him without a doubt!!!!
