They've been fantastic. They are on time, professional, and knowledgeable. They never try to sell me services that I don't need and they fix only what needs to be fixed. They always follow the code and their price is reasonable.

We woke up to get ready for work and the light in the kitchen didn't come on...after checking the fuse box etc., we had to call an electrician.  We found Electrical Pros in a local homeowner book and decided to call.  It was early when I called about 7:30 am.  They answered to my amazement and were extremely accommodating.  They said they would have someone out within the hour and they did. The technician by the name of Gerry came.  The problem was much bigger than anticipated. Gerry was working for about 5 hrs.  He had to rewire a bunch of things and then check other outlets to ensure they were working... I was nervous the bill was going to be outrageous..but they charge by the job..not the hours!  The company was quick to respond, affordable and extremely professional.  I will continue to use them again and again and will refer them to everyone.

You can't even tell they came in my house and worked.  When they were done, you couldn't even tell anyone was in the house doing work.  They covered things and cleaned up extremely well.  They were unbelievable.  I was extremely pleased with them.  I have more work to do and I will definitely bring them back.

They did an excellent job. The correspondence of the owner and myself was great. The techs were on time. And the techs corresponded well with me as well.

They were just excellent. Everything was done in a short amount of time. The work they did was phenomenal. They were easy to get an appointment with and they got here on time. Their price was excellent and I would absolutely recommend them.

The Electrical Pros did a very good job. They showed up when they said they were going to, worked until the job was completed and had the most reasonable prices of all the other companies I had called.

I called The Electrical Pros because I needed to get some light fixtures replaced. The lady I talked to was very nice and sent someone out that afternoon. The technicians came out promptly (they called 30 minutes out) and did the work in a very timely manner. They were very knowledgeable, professional and polite. I was very impressed and would definitely use them in the future.
